What is a bottle deposit fee?

A bottle deposit is an amount collected for the cost of the empty 5 Gallon bottles. It is collected as a security deposit for the empty bottle.

When can I claim my bottle deposit fee?

Bottle deposits are refundable. The amount is returned once the 5 Gallon bottle is returned to the company in good condition. Bottles that fall under the company's Unacceptable Standards in our Returned Bottles Policy, such as bottles with holes, with chemicals inside or with odorous chemicals, with paint or ink, scratches, etc. will not be accepted.

Can I still claim my bottle deposit fee If I lose the bottle?

In order for you to claim your bottle deposit fee, you will need to return the physical bottle in good condition.

Can I still claim my bottle deposit fee If my bottle is damaged?

In order for you to claim your bottle deposit fee, you will need to return the bottles in good physical condition. Bottles with minimal damages can be accepted in accordance with the company's Returned Bottles Policy.

Can I refill my bottles from a different supplier?

Healthy & Pure Brand is made using the best equipment that produces purified water free from bacteria, viruses and all water contaminants. We cannot assure you that water from other water supplier or stations will be as clean and safe as Healthy and Pure. We therefore advise you to get your refills from Healthy and Pure to ensure you and your family's health and safety.

Do you sell Minis per bottle?

Healthy & Pure Minis are sold per case with its 1000 ml, 500 ml, and 350 ml variants. Minis per bottle are sold in local stores within National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines.

How soon will my orders arrive?

Your orders will arrive 1-3 business days after checkout.

How much is the delivery fee?

Areas within National Capital Region (NCR) are free of delivery. For deliveries outside NCR, please send us a message at healthyandpure@marispure.com or contact our hotlines at 8710-5869 or 8800- 9233 to speak to our Customer Service Team.

Do you have other payment options?

We accept payments through Cash-On-Delivery (COD). Be the first one to know about payment options. Subscribe to our Newsletters for any updates regarding payment options.

Can I return my order?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, cap seals are untouched and on cap, bottles are not opened, plastic wraps are untouched. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I change my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept changes in orders based on these parameters:

1. Customer order placement mistake
2. Sudden change of mind
3. Damages due to mishandling of customer
4. Items exchanged as a donation or gift
5. Items exchanged from/for a new promo, gift card, discounts, and such
6. Exchange from items bought in physical stores or establishments

Can I cancel my order?

For order cancellation, please email us immediately at healthyandpure@marispure.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your cancellation, and let you know if a refund is approved or not.
